PROCEDURE FOR MISSING ITEMS
- Reporting Missing Items: Contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your package via contact@decoharmonie.com.
- Resolution: We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and send a replacement item or offer a refund.
RETURN POLICY
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the DELIVERY DATE.
- Return Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

RESTOCKING FEES
- No Restocking Fees: Aura Summer does not charge restocking fees for returns.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

- For Change of Mind: Actual return shipping costs will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchased the wrong product, the item does not suit, or they no longer want it.
